IM FEELING PAIN 😦

ok so basically I’m feeling a sharp pain in my “you know where” it’s kinda at random times when it happens and it really hurts. The last time I’ve felt this was when I was 11 and my period lasted for three months straight. Im 14 now and my period is late by a few days. I’ve never had sex before so it has nothing to to with that. I haven’t told my mom yet because I really don’t wanna go to the doctor unless I REALLY have to. So does anyone know what’s wrong with me? Or like what I should do? Like I have good hygiene down there and I’ve never inserted something down there before lol
