Pregnant with endometriosis and cysts

I have a cousin that just found out she’s pregnant despite having low motility from her husband and her having multiple cysts and endometriosis. It’s a miracle but I would like to know if anyone out there had a similar experience and if all turned out okay? She had a quick ultrasound done and her dr said she has a sac (no yolk yet) and it’s sitting in between multiple large cysts.

He said it was a medical miracle that she got pregnant but I wonder if the cysts and all will pose a huge miscarriage risk for her.
