Birth Partner Help!
So this is my husband and I’s first full term pregnancy. I’m sure literally any day and I have my birth plan ready to go and I am SUPER excited and a little nervous. But my partner is NERVOUS! I tried to get him to take classes and he wouldn’t. So I’m making him a list for the hospital so he can be helpful and calm and collected. Is there any advice for him that I can put on the list? MUCH APPRECIATED YALL!!
