Small cold coming on

I think I have a small cold coming on. I had a super bad pounding headache which eased away after I took some Tylenol. I have a scratchy throat that I constantly have to clear my throat, my chest kind of hurts and crackles every time I cough (it’s a small cough nothing bad) and I just feel super sleepy and blah. Any cold remedies or medicine or anything you ladies did while being pregnant that eased the cold away? I’ll be 14 weeks tomorrow. Any advice will help!
