Chemical after Clomid IUI

Hi all—

I just underwent my first medicated (Clomid) IUI cycle and Friday I received a positive pregnancy test (21 HCG) at 14 DPO. My HCG urine tests in the days prior were very faint and when I took a urine test yesterday they were basically non-existent. Was taking progesterone suppositories twice a day and an injectable blood thinner. Blood test showed I had half my HCG that I had Friday so they’re calling it a loss.

Anyone been in the same boat? What can I expect next?
