Lost and confused

I need advice on leaving my narcissistic relationship. He has been getting worse… the lies. The cheating. The everything. I’m drained. I’m not happy. I have 2 kids and have sold my house for our future and here I am looking like a fool…. I can’t just be homeless especially with 2 kids. I have gotten pre approved for a home loan, but it’s under the circumstances that I sell the land we bought prior to closing on the home loan. It’s not on the market yet, but fixing to. I’m trying to wait until after the holidays so the kids Christmas isn’t ruined. But I’m scared shitless. I’m worried. Idk how I will make it work etc. I just need advice, guidance, etc.
