Should I send him birthday wishes?
So there is this boy I like, he’s 19 and turning 20 in February. I’ve never spoke to him before, I’ve never had the courage too. I thought wishing him Happy Birthday would be a good way to start a conversation with him. Is this a good idea? Lots of advice needed.
