How to wean at 1 year

How do you start weaning?? Babe is 10.5 months and I want to wean by 1 year old. She exclusively has breastmilk, but gets bottles during the weekdays since i work. She does eat 2-3 meals a day with snacks in between. We nurse in the morning and at bedtime, and once or twice after work, and before naps as well on weekends. Ive noticed lately she doesn't drink as much, maybe because she gets more solids now? She loves food too, so I have no problem making sure she eats! I'm a ftm, and have no idea how I'm supposed to do this, lol. Do i give cow's milk in place of breastmilk or just cut out bottles altogether? Help please!
