Iud fell out 😳

I was on the liletta iud and it fell out yesterday. I feel fine, but I do have some minor bleeding. Have any of you experienced this? Is it normal to bleed? How long did you bleed for? Did you get pregnant without any complications? Sorry for all the questions I just don’t have insurance so a doctor is out of the question at this point. I’m not going to get another one because I do wanna have another baby soon anyway, but just hoping it’s all okay.
