Letrozole & PCOS

My fiancé & I have been TTC for almost 3 years, along with a couple other symptoms I have super irregular cycles anywhere from 35-90+ days and it’s always been really hard for me to pin point ovulation despite using opk’s and tracking bbt. I was brushed off by a couple doctors until recently and after some labs and an ultrasound I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and PCOS.

Dr. prescribed Letrozole, today is my 2nd day taking it, I should ovulate around the 17th and I’m just really excited! I’m trying not to get my hopes up but after so long I just need this to be it. I think he said I can do up to 6 rounds before we have to look at other options- So I’m curious, has anyone on here gotten pregnant taking Letrozole and if so, how many cycles did it take you!? TIA💕
