Does anyone know if this is a clot or miscarriage?

so my (now ex) boyfriend and I were having unprotected sex and he told me he could pull out but he didnt.. I'm on my period and passed what I'm thinking is a clot but I don't know.. never had one this big, they're normally just the size of the end of my thumb
(also sorry, I didn't want to touch it so it's still in my pad)
