Vaginal Discharge

So, I’ve been experiencing this type of discharge today. I put the pad on just to verify exactly what it was and stuff. I did message my provider and should here back from them tomorrow morning.

But in the mean time, any suggestions on what the heck this could be? I was worried about possible infection which is why I went ahead and messaged my provider.
