Need help sleeping

I have a daughter ( 1 year old on 12-19-21) who wakes up every 2-3 hours all night long. Can only go back to sleep nursing. Also won’t take a nap without nursing. My husband can’t even help put her to bed. Any advice on getting my girl sleeping longer periods of time? She’s not hungry when she wakes up (she gets 3 meals a day and Snacks) plus she nurses on demand, I’m sure she’s just comfort nursing.

With my first daughter I stopped nursing at night at 4-5 months and she’s been sleeping 12 hours a night her whole life ( 3 years old)
