spots on my 11 month old
recently these spots on my baby have been showing up. i’m not sure what it’s from, i haven’t changed his diet.
at first they were light pink and would disappear in a few hours. now they are a bit darker and more keep popping up. 2 nights ago he had a low grade fever, but it’s gone away since then. not sure if the fever is because he is teething.
i’m just worried these spots are serious or not
please help!
