Impossible Diaper Changes

My 10 month old has recently started to protest vociferously during diaper changes. As soon as I try to lay her down she tries to roll onto her belly, arches her back, screams and cries. I try giving her things to play with, giving her a book, singing. Nothing works. My husband and I have to do almost all her diaper changes together so that one can try to wrangle her and one gets the diaper on her. It’s the same when we try to dress her. Does anyone have any tricks we could try?!
