Weight gain
23 weeks pregnant and I’ve gained a lot more so far than what I was hoping to be at. I’m eating pretty crappy and haven’t been working out so it’s totally my fault. I started at 136 and now at 155. Up almost 20 lbs with 16 weeks left to go. I’m terrified to be over 40 lbs at the end of this and really want to stay closer to 30 lbs. Has anyone been able to lose some weight while pregnant with working out and eating better? Do you actually lose weight or does it just slow down future weight gain?
