Real question. For y’all who co-sleep. When do you and your man have sex?

I am not a parent yet so I have absolutely no say on this! My best friend who has a baby has been co sleeping with her baby and hubby for over a year now. It sounds so great but at the same time, does that mean her and her husband don’t have sex at night? Personally me and my husband only have time before bed. That seems to be when we do it. I couldn’t imagine a baby being in bed with us at night, cause I’d assume that means bye bye to night time sex. Just curious! I could be completely ignorant to this subject so I’d just like to hear what y’all have to say

My husband and I would also cosleep. What helped us was having a temporary sleeping area for the baby while we were having sex before bed like a baby bassinet or baby swing. Once our baby turned six months we switched him to a crib next to our bed and that made things a lot easier! We probably won’t cosleep with the second baby 😂

When my daughter was super super young, we’d do it on the floor or on the bedroom loveseat while she slept in our bed. We eventually quit cosleeping because we needed to reclaim our space, lol

We’ve done it on the floor, the stairs, the couch, the shower, the guest room while baby’s sleeping in the other room. Pretty much everywhere. You get creative. My in laws watch my son all the time too so we def take advantage of that alone time. It really hasn’t affected our sex life at all. Weirdly sex is less like a chore now and more exciting and special for me. We even get crazy in the car on the way home from date night. Before kids we were both working full time and i was exhausted. We didn’t prioritize dates. I would have rather slept since there was always time tomorrow for sex. It didn’t seem very important all the time. Now if we get a chance we go for it with a lot more passion and enthusiasm.

During the day if we are together we lock the kids out with distractions and I make sure my son is in a safe place like his bouncer. At night when the kids are sleeping I put my son in the pack in play or bassinet. Honestly you just didn’t time and places when you can.

Mornings (set toddler with breakfast Infront on tv), or after toddler goes to bed we can use the spare room or couch. Anytime they're at daycare or if their auntie/uncle/grandparents take them out for the day.

We have a pull out couch in living room. We have to bed room appartment and bedroom is so small, that our babys cric is next to our bed and that is it with the room. And i feel weird having sex with a babys bed just connecting to ours... So we pull put living room couch, so it makes a bed and have fun.
