I need help mamas

So, my twins are now almost 18 months old and they are STRONG. Which is a good thing but it definitely has cons. For example, when it comes to cleaning out their nose, it is a battle for sure. I have to hold hands and head. They shake their head and smack the aspirator away and I am out of ideas because they move so much and with so much strength that I’m afraid it might hurt their nose. I mean I don’t exaggerate when I say it is damn near impossible to do it. Do any of y’all have any ideas? I know steam and saline spray. I’ve tried doing it while they are asleep. That did not go over well. Does anyone have any ideas?
