Preterm labor 27 weeks

Last week I was admitted to the hospital due to being in active labor. I am 3cm dialated and 60% effaced. They let me go home and put me on pelvic rest. They gave me some steroid shots for the baby’s lungs and some other medication for him. I am worried I won’t make it full term. I’ve been resting a lot. But sleeping on my sides has been very painful. Any suggestions about what to do. Or stories about people who have gone through this and made it full term?
