Affair baby on vacation with family??

So, I saw this story & was wondering what others think. If your spouse had an affair that led to a child, would u treat the child the same as your own….i.e. family events, vacations, etc? Or, would u refuse to deal with the baby? I know I wouldn’t be able to handle the infidelity, so I couldn’t stick around to play step mom 🤷🏾‍♀️.

I probably would leave my husband so it wouldn't be an issue. However, if I did stay with my husband I would absolutely treat that child as one of my own. Its not the child's fault. If you're going to stay with the dad, you need to accept the child. The bio mom should have jumped at the opportunity to spend Christmas with her child, but since she didn't he should be going on vacation with his dad and the rest of the family. Bio mom doesn't have a right to dictate what they do, but that doesn't make it any less disgusting. I can't imagine dropping one child off with in laws while the rest of the family goes on vacation. He's not Cinderella.

She wrong the child is innocent didn't ask to be here. If she can forgive her husband than she love the kid. If she dislike the kid she should just get a divorce. And the father wrong for letting his child get treated that way.

So I actually read the AITA post a few days ago and it's way more messed up then this let's on. OP is in her mid-late 30s and her husband is in his 50s. They met when she's was 17 ,I think, and babysitting his niece. The mistress, Leah, is 25 now, she was 18 and his student when they had the affair. He has a clear pattern of behavior and she's in denial about it and taking it out on the kid. They have a custody agreement and she knew when she planned the trip they would have the son. Also, he's the same age as her youngest child(6) and she's mad that they became friends at school.

I most likely would not stay. If I did, I honestly don’t think I could feel like a mother to the baby with them going over to their real mothers every other week. Of course I would not be like this girl, I would allow the child on the vacations and include them, take care of them when they’re over and stuff. But I don’t think I could see them as my own child unless the mom decided she didn’t want the baby and let me adopt them… cause as long as she keeps being that baby’s mom, that baby is hers first and foremost and not mine you know what I mean? I would not feel comfortable disciplining them or making the big decisions for them as that could cause issues with their real mom. I would be step mom, not bio mom or adoptive mom.
