Hot water and breastfeeding?
Does anyone know we’re allowed to take hot showers or sit in hot tub or hot springs while breastfeeding (not like holding baby to feed during but like after a feeding ya know?) ?
Will it have an affect on milk production or anything?
FTM so wanted to check first.
