Help! Should I stay home?!?!

So my baby is 3 months and has been sick for 2 weeks and so have I. We both feel terrible. I am losing my mind I feel so awful. Right now I have a great childcare situation. My sister is a sahm and watches her two toddlers and my daughter (we pay her) while I work out of her house. Her kids go to preschool and are sick often and I really don’t want my baby girl (or me) to keep getting sick. Mentally I don’t think I could handle it… but I also like my job and would feel bad if I had to stop and my sister would technically be out of a paying job.

I could be a sahm and always wanted to be but I have a pretty good childcare situation that I’m grateful for and I really like my job. Plus it would be tight financially without it but we could make do.
