Would you let your man go?

My boyfriend wants to go to his family’s house an hour & 20 mins away for Christmas with our newborn. Our baby is only a week. First of all, before our son was born we established that we weren’t leaving the house for months & whoever wants to see the baby they have to come to our house. Both of his brothers had a baby in the last 3 weeks as well (what a coincidence) & they don’t want to drive to us with their babies either so I feel like we shouldn’t have to be uncomfortable either & go out there. So then he suggested he’ll go by hisself because he really wants his moms cooking & to drop off his gifts to them. Now, I feel like it’s unfair for him to get to leave for hours while I’m stuck with the baby by myself on Christmas. PLUS, it’s our first Christmas as a family & we planned to take family pics. None of his brothers are leaving their newborns/family but he is 😒 mind you, every holiday we go with his family already& make that drive every time . This is the first holiday with our baby. I just want it to be our little family for the holidays 😞
