Hey guys is there any natural remedies that can get rid of a cold? I’ve been having this flu for about almost 3 weeks now. I’ve been drinking medicine and putting vapor rub on my chest with a hot towel. Today is the worst with my sinuses it’s been hard to breathe through my nose and when I bow my nose nothing comes out. Please help :/
