Is my baby safe when I experience heartbrun during prefnancy?

I am on 2nd trimester and suddenly I felt severe heartburn. I was worried so I tried to look for my baby's heartbeat using fetal doppler but I am still not able to find baby's heartbeat. I am worried... can someone please advise?

i’ve had heartburn with my first from the second trimester until i had her my current it’s been been on and off baby is healthy nothing to worry about

Heartburn is very normal in pregnancy. 
Heartburn is no where near the uterus. There is no harm to baby.
Home Dopplers aren’t recommended for this reason. It’s not always easy to find baby’s heartbeat therefore causing anxiety. You being stressed and anxious is more harmful to babe than heartburn. 
Call your doctor if you’re concerned.
