Gagging/coughing up blood

In the first trimester I had so much morning sickness and I up blood once… and now at 21 weeks I just tasted tired morning and it was blood 😭 has anyone ever experienced that if you’ve had more than one pregnancy or experienced that during pregnancy?

Def will talk to my doctor about it.
