Bleeding after positive pregnancy test please answer!

I’m on the mini pill and my periods have been very very irregular. I just had my last period December 7th and took a pregnancy test yesterday because I had some light pink bleeding and was nauseous. I was very very surprised to see it say pregnant. I took like 5 more tests since yesterday, all positive. Today I had some darkish red bleeding and slight cramping, then it became light pink bleeding and now it’s a dark brown. Is this a sign of miscarriage? Already called the doctor and waiting for a call back but also wanted other peoples opinions
