Hair falling out after pregnancy

My daughter is 4 months old as of today and about a month ago I've noticed my hair has been falling out like crazy. Its so bad im going bald in some spots. I wasn't told and I didn't know I was supposed to keep taking my prenatal pills after she was born. I'm not breast feeding. But im curios to what you moms take to get your hair to stop falling out really fast. I've been taking the natural hair, nails and skin vitamins but it says you have to take for 2 months to notice anything. I need something faster before I have no hair left. Please help me ladies.
