NEED HELP
I took a pregnancy test it was positive then I went to the clinic and it confirmed I was pregnant. I started bleeding felt like a period flow went to the hospital did blood work, ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound they said there’s no sign of pregnancy?? Can I be too early to detect? I’m confused
