Mamas of multiples how do you do it

I have 2 one that’s 3.5 and another that’s 20 months and possibly pregnant

I can’t get anything done Especially with my youngest he is just non stop.

For instance I just went grocery shopping had him strapped and buckled down and he Houdini his way out of it and when I had my back turned to grab something off the shelf there he went tumbling down and off the cart hit his head. He’s okay thankfully

I’m completely and utterly stressing TF out right now thinking about having 3

My oldest is a saint he just sits in the basket with me

My husband works all the time and I need to get things done
