Trying To Convince(TTC)

Hi ladies :/. So my husband & I been waiting for this moment to finally try for a baby. Is our first time. We don't have kids. We got married 3yrs ago now. We wanted to travel we did but we talked about babies after. Then the pandemic hit.. so we decided another year. Finally is here. Unfortunately this year I was diagnosed with thyroid issues high prolactin levels&high platelet count all at once.. ): right when we wanted to try...

My hematologist told me at my age my platelets are not to bad.

My endocrinologist had been treating me for my thyroid issue for 5months now&just started treatment for my high prolactin levels..

My menstrual cycles where better till last month it stopped again I have hadn't my period for almost a month & no I am not pregnant took pregnancy test all negative.

Is very depressing.. with all this problems at just 29 years old ):

My question is had any of you ladies experience this before?

Had any of you gotten pregnant with high prolactin levels? Also is it possible to still get pregnant with no period?

Anything will help to atleast give me hope ): 💔
