Autism or Social Delay?

My daughter is 12 month and there are certain things she just aren’t doing. She doesn’t really respond to her name, she doesn’t point or wave. She does make gestures like sticking out her hand when she wants us to grab it, or she’ll reach for the things she wants. I want to say her eye contact is fair, if we’re singing or dancing she look at us. If she’s preoccupied she won’t look at us or even respond to her name. She also doesn’t mimic us. She babbles but she also does this screeching noise. I may be overthinking but I’m not sure what to think.
