Weird nip pain 😳 TMI(kinda?)

So for like a month now I’ve been having the MOST PAINFUL nipple pain of MY LIFE. It hurts to graze my bra, my shirt, the bed when I lay on my stomach, they hurt when in contact with ANYTHING. I’ve taken a pregnancy test once this month and it said negative.

The probability of be being pregnant is pretty slim. I have pcos and I’m really bad at taking my birth control on time so my hormones are always pretty wack which could be it as well. I only use birth control to regulate my hormones and what not and I’ve been on the same kind for like four years.

Also, my nips aren’t chapped necessarily but they are like rocks when hard and hurt so bad.

Also is there anything that can help the pain? Lotion? Cream? Ointment?
