Sick 1 year old?!

Im going crazy y’all my 1 year old came down with a fever that lasted about 2 1/2 days were now on day 3 and he’s perfectly fine! Doesn’t feel hot, no cold or cough but now he won’t stop crying he wants me to hold him 24/7 he’ll wake up screaming & crying & he’s just not acting like his old self… he also spend the weekend with his grandma & the fever started with her Im not sure if it’s teething or maybe an ear infection?! 😢
