My man plays basketball and goes overseas all of the time. We have a 1 year old and I’m always stuck at home doing everything by myself. Shits so hard. Feel like I’m sacrificing my life and getting started with my career so he can run overseas for months. And he’s cheated on me before so all that runs through my head while he’s gone is that he’s cheating. So drained.

No I wouldn’t. Especially if he’s cheated before AND he’s overseas. Most likely cheating out there too.

If u can’t get past the cheating, u should rethink ur relationship because I don’t think that’s travel related. He could work just down the road and still cheat. The trust is broken so u either need to both commit to rebuilding it or accept too much damage is done and walk away.

My husband worked out of state constantly before he started working at his current job. Husband working away from home, I can handle with ease. Cheating? Absolute deal breaker for me even if he was never out of town.

Guys play basketball overseas as a way to make money but you’re making it sound as if he’s doing it for fun. It’s his job and he had the job before you got with him, before you got pregnant so you knew this is what he did to make money. Don’t complain now. Single moms have been taking care of home, their kid(s), and working for decades so you can too.

My husband is involved in the military so he frequently has to leave for a few days upto many months at a time. We make it work and I wouldn't leave over that. However, the cheating I would absolutely leave over. I won't stick around for a cheater.

My husband is gone a lot. We have made it work and he is so dedicated to being a wonderful dad and my best friend. It takes some sacrifices. However, cheating is a no go. Full stop.
