Fussy 8 week old

Hey I am just trying to find some advice or see if this is normal. My almost 8 week old is so fussy today. I think it’s gas. He’s never like this. He has no fever. We did a bath, we have done leg kicks, we’ve done mylicon drops, leg wipers, & leg scrunches. All he wants to do is eat, he is either eating or fussing and wanting to eat. I have no idea what to do. Is this normal for his age? Is it normal in general? Please give any advice. We are struggling. Thank you! 😭
