Are these pregnancy symptoms ?

Okay so I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 6 months and I had missed my period in October but I’ve taken tests and they have been negative and the symptoms I’m having are 
Nausea 
Bloating
Diarrhoea 
Heart burn 
Slight cramping 
I’m super bloated and I’ve been craving foods and feeling sick and being tired sleeping during the day and I’ve been having discharge creamy white , but I don’t know because I’ve taken tests and there’s nothing to be seen

The same hormone that makes a line on a test is responsible for most pregnancy related symproms. If a test is negative, you have no period and a lot of uncomfortable symptoms, there is some other problem, not pregnancy. If worried, turn to doc.

Before I got 9 positives I had (tmi) "period poops" like where you have have a BM a lot and it's soft. Not necessarily diarrhea but it's just soft
And I had heart burn and also my allergies got worse (which they did with my first baby too)
