Cramps

I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow & every night for the past two weeks when I get in bed at night I’ve been having period like cramps. They aren’t as bad as my period cramps, but definitely enough to notice. I also have had constipation & diarrhea. I don’t remember having these cramps during my first pregnancy, is this normal? I’m going to call my doctor as soon as they open back up Monday.

Also, I don’t know if it matters but I did have a c-section with my previous birth.
