Pregnancy Discharge

Hi ladies I have yellowish discharge and I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant .

On paper it looks yellow but before wiping its white ( I checked with a mirror to see the color before wiping ) had anyone experienced this? I’ve also noticed an increase in my discharge this week . I got a little worried because I have slight cramping , not exactly like period cramps just feels like something is stretching , it also feels relieved when I massage my belly …. I’ve also been cleaning a lot so not sure if my body is just TIRED . But anyone experience this discharge ? It has no odor and I have no itching
