Will the pediatrician still see my newborn if I don’t have insurance for her yet?

I’m on my fathers insurance but plan to put my 4 day old on Medicaid at some point I just haven’t got to it yet, she has her first appt with her pediatrician Tuesday, will it be okay if I don’t have her signed up for Medicaid yet?
