When to test

I had protected sex 9 days ago but when cumming on me it accidentally dripped onto my vaginal lips. I wiped it off I showered and took a plan b pill. 2 days before hand I was having small spotting but with very small blood clots. I usually have my period around the 20-29th idk the specific days because it comes randomly. My period is late. When would I get an accurate test if pregnant?
