Ectopic?!

Sorry ladies for the essay I need opinions!

Last Thursday I had a miscarriage and lost a big clot on the toilet then straight after i had a internal scan which confirmed my womb was empty which they thought was a complete miscarriage... they done bloods which was 790... and then every 2 days they repeated them.... they went down by a 100 and back up by 99. So they assumed I may be having a ectopic due to hcg rising.... I've been bleeding daily ever since miscarriage and yesterday I had a huge gush of blood with little clots. And then severe pain so I ended up going hospital, they checked my bloods and put a canula in just encase I needed to go into theatre(ectopic) but the hcg results have showed theyve gone down to 590 so I have been discharged, they think the pain in my lower stomach and up through my cervix is from retained tissue sat in my cervix?!

Just need some re assurance as I don't know what to think xxx I'm back in for a emergency scan and bloods tomorrow xx
