I’m in pain!

So my boyfriend and I have been together a few months, and our sex is great! He does last a very long time, but recently we went on vacation and got alittle drunk, so it obviously took longer to finish for him. We had sex close to 3 hours!!!! It’s been exactly one week, I can’t pee without being in terrible terrible pain, my discharge is not a normal color, and the rips have not gotten better. I can’t see part of the rips, but they r just so big. I don’t know what to do!!! Help me as much as u can!
