how do I wean

i’m having so much trouble with this. LO will be 12 months in abt 2 weeks and she is still nursing on demand. she takes bottles while I work but nurses while i’m home. idk how to wean her or even start.. i’ve tried giving her breastmilk mixed with almond milk (that’s the milk I prefer instead of cows) but she doesn’t really want it. we just started eating more solids so she’s doing good with that. but I don’t want to breastfeed going past 1 year. i’ve lost a ton of weight from it and not taking my prenatal caught up with me over time. it has physically and mentally drained me and I am definitely ready to stop. one night recently she slept through the entire night and o woke up with full breast that were hurting badly.. I haven’t had full breast in a while bc she eats consistently. so I knew that wasn’t the way to go. haven’t had mastitis and don’t want it either 😩 what do I do?
