Pregnant? What's going on?

Period is late for two weeks and 2 days so I decided to take a test and its negative..I do have irregular periods but I haven't gone two weeks without one. Can It be that I'm pregnant but it hasn't show yet?? Do u guys see a second line??

UPDATE: my period is so irregular that this month period is last month idk if that makes since but technically this is my November period I been late for a week but I never gone two weeks without a period. My stomach feels bloated I feel nauseous but I always been nauseous I honestly dont know why 😭 I been getting like pre period symptoms but no period I been stressing for the past three weeks idk if that can maybe affect it??
