Isla vs. Ila

Isla vs. Ila- I really like the name Isla Elizabeth for our 2nd baby girl. My husband likes the name too, but a coworker (his assistant manager) has a daughter with that name who is almost 2 so he doesn't want our daughters to have the same first name. Mind you, I have only ever met this person once in two years, our kids have never interacted, and my husband wants to get a new job within the next year. He is considering the name more if we take out the 's' though. I'm just having a hard time letting the name go for some reason, and I am open to other ideas. I just haven't found one I like better. Our first daughter's name is Everly Joan.
