What happens if you have sex before a 6 week check up?

Firstly I most definitely do NOT want to have sex any time soon 😅 I'm nearly two weeks postpartum. I genuinely feel very open down there it's not even a thought. Time to heal...
I see people posting about being pregnant at their 6 week check ups etc and I am shocked! 
But what would really happen if you had sex before then but wasn't pregnant? I think some people should take advice lol

Serious risk of infection within the uterus where placenta detached. That there is an open wound the size of a dinner plate and in no way heals under 4wks. Sometimes not even the 6wks.

Nothing at all for me. We usually start having sex around the 2-3 week mark. I'm aware it's not recommended but I'm just sharing my experience.

As stated. You have a giant wound where your placenta detached and your cervix needs time to close as well. Until then with it being open still it's a direct gateway for bacteria and other bad things to enter right into your uterus where there's a nice giant wound waiting for it to infect. Generally it takes about 6 weeks to heal up and for your cervix to be closed again. I got the all clear at 7 wks PP with my daughter and I got the all clear at almost 8 wks PP with my son. But I also had 2nd degree tears internal and external with both of them and my internal stitches needed time to heal. The outer surface ones go in about 4 wks. The internal layer takes about 6 to 8 wks to heal.
