Huge change in eating pattern 5 months

My little bit was sleeping through the night since 12 weeks. Now she wakes every few hours to eat through the night. Previously she was satisfied by one breast and now she nurses off both sides almost every feeding. She's happy after feedings and goes back to sleep. Just was sitting here wondering if this is a growth spurt or if my supply had changed. We had a terrible stomach bug and I didn't eat for 48 hrs. But that whole time I stayed on top of hydrating with water and body armour. That why I'm worried about my supply. That was a week ago. Little bit never got the bug herself so her belly has been fine.
