What’s the longest you’ve been isolated

Like not interacting with people outside your immediate family or leaving your house at all.

I was a minor when covid first happened and my mom kept me socially isolated at home for over a year. I don’t want to get deep into it and trauma dump but it was the most depressing and traumatizing time for me. Everytime I speak to anyone irl about how hard it was for me they kinda invalidate my feelings and tell me that they “are introverts and wouldn’t mind a year to themselves”
