Ectopic Pregnancy confirmed

I knew something was weird from the moment I saw those two lines. My HCG levels kept rising but I kept spotting. On Dec 4th I got my first positive test and on Dec. 5th I had a full on period. Today 12/28, my ultrasound confirmed a 4mm fetal pole in my left ovary. I will start treatment tomorrow and hopefully avoid surgery but I was told that there is a chance that I will lose my left ovary and possibly my left tube. I'm not in any pain but I haven't stopped spotting since before I found out I was even pregnant.
